The staff was very friendly and helpful . I found easy parking available. The location is convenient near the motorway. The views of the river added a nice touch.

the hotel's location near the motorway made it ideal for a stopover. i found the new manager had. I had a mini fridge, which i requested. And a phone in the room, useful.
the building is getting tired and needs a little tlc.

Comfortable Stay Near the River
friendly staff spacious room tea coffee
The reception gentleman was cute and friendly he. The room was spacious it was also very clean. I appreciated having tea and coffee available in my room as well as biscuits and room service.
The corridor to my room had a stale smell and the walls could use fresh paint i think. The net curtains also need smartening up in my opinion. I did hear some motorway traffic because the window was not easy to close.

The night staff was cute and helpful showing great accommodation. From arrival to departure, the staff offered excellent support. Their efficiency and friendliness ensured a smooth stay. They were keen to help guests.

the staff were amazing and really friendly! the food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. the room itself was comfortable enough and had everything you could need.
